FAQs

How much does the shipping cost?

If you add items to the basket, you will be able to pick on of 3 shipping tiers and it will immediately calculate the cost, depending on the weight and size of a parcel needed.

Tiers are as follows:

  • United Kingdom (This will ship 2nd Class Signed For and includes the tracking)
  • Worldwide Tracked (This includes the tracking and in the unlikely event your parcel slips into a black hole, the contents will be replaced)
  • Worldwide Economy (This does not include tracking and the customer takes full responsibility for the parcel. If it gets lost, contents will NOT be replaced. Proof of postage will be provided on the request)

How do I order a custom shell?

If you want to order a custom shell, please head to a Game Boy Shells section and pick a shell you want to start with.
You will find a dropdown menu to select customization option "Yes please.!
Then in the check out section, you will be able to upload your design.

If you want the design to spill over to the lens, you need to pick up a custom lens separately.
Alternatively, you can email the design and/or any details to [email protected]

When will my order ship?

99% of what you see in the store is made to order. 

It is in my interest to make and ship your order out ASAP.  And the aim is as follows:

  • In Stock products - no longer than 7 days.
  • Pre Order products - no longer than 21 days.
  • Any order that contains a Pre Order, will ship when all of the products are made.
  • If another order will be received before the previous one has been shipped, they will be combined together and extra shipping costs will be refunded.

Of course, sometimes life gets in a way and your order might be delayed by a few days. In that case, thank you for your patience.

Can I add something to my order?

If you wish to add something to your order, please make another order, they will be shipped together and any extra shipping costs will be refunded.

Can I change my delivery address?

The shipping label is automatically generated from the address taken from your PayPal during Paypal Express Checkout.

I am unable to amend the address without losing insurance on the parcel. In this case, the customer takes full responsibility if the parcel is missing.

Alternatively, please make another order with the correct address and previous order will be canceled and refunded.

I changed my mind. Can I change the order or cancel the order entirely?

Generally, all sales as final as the vast majority of the products are made to order.
